REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- EARLY BIRD TICKET SALE REGISTRATION ends on July 10th, 2020.
- ALL REGULAR TICKET REGISTRATIONS end on July 24th, 2020.
- Refund Cancellation (Registration & Vendors) through July 10th, 2020
50% Cancellation Fee. No refunds after July 10th, 2020.
- A $30.00 administration fee + Bank NSF fees will be assessed for all checks returned and those registrations will not be processed.
- Please complete a separate form for each registrant.
- Registration fee covers all convention and hospitality events and includes the souvenir convention bag.
- On-site registration will not be available.
