The Board is aware that information regarding an election challenge is circulating within our alumni community. Please be advised that the Board of Directors has fulfilled its fiduciary duty to thoroughly review all concerns in accordance with our governance protocols. After careful deliberation, the Board reached a final decision to certify the election results to ensure the continuity and stability of the Association.
Commitment to Progress
In the spirit of continuous improvement, the Board will initiate a proactive review of our election procedures. This initiative ensures our governing documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) continue to serve the best interests of all members and support the future of our “Home by the Sea.”
