These efforts expanded engagement, improved communication, and streamlined financial operations.
As Western Region Vice President, my vision is to strengthen chapter development and alumni recruitment across the Western, Midwest, and Southwest Regions through collaboration, communication, and capacity building. I am committed to equipping chapter leaders with the tools, training, and shared resources needed to foster growth, transparency, and engagement while strengthening the bridge between alumni, chapters, and the national association.
Building on my experience as Southwest Region President and National Conference Chair, I will cultivate partnerships that expand our reach, elevate Hampton’s visibility nationwide, and celebrate the impact of our alumni. My approach centers on creating intentional opportunities for leadership development, engagement, and fundraising that honor our history while advancing our future.
Every Hamptonian, regardless of distance, should feel connected to our shared legacy and empowered to contribute to its continued success. Together, we will ensure the Western Region embodies “Leading the Legacy” in action and impact through unity, innovation, and service.
