As Corresponding Secretary of the National Hampton Alumni Association, Incorporated, I am dedicated to performing the responsibilities outlined in the organization’s bylaws. My core vision is to strengthen the relationship between Hampton University and its alumni through communication that is clear, timely, and purposeful. I am convinced that robust connections are essential to a vibrant alumni network. By prioritizing efficient correspondence, strategic messaging, and intentional engagement, my aim is to ensure every alumnus is informed, valued, and inspired to remain actively involved.
My objective in this role extends beyond sharing information; I strive to build bridges—connecting generations of Hamptonians, spanning regions, and engaging diverse communities. I see the need to modernize our communication methods while preserving the warmth and pride integral to our Hampton legacy. By working collaboratively with leadership, chapters, and individual alumni, I will contribute to creating a unified voice that upholds our shared commitment to “The Standard of Excellence.”
At the heart of my service as Corresponding Secretary are responsiveness, clarity, and connection. These principles will empower alumni to stay engaged and to continue investing in the future of our cherished Home by The Sea.
