I endeavor to support the NHAA Board by fulfilling the role of 1^st Vice President, Eastern Region for the 2024-2026 term.  In this capacity, I commit to implementing plans to leverage Passion, Preparation and Performance to ensure the NHAA Board exceeds expectations and positions for a brighter future.  I envision NHAA leaders (National, Regional and Local) who enthusiastically share their passion(s) to benefit Hampton University (and NHAA), invest in making preparations to fulfill annual objectives and dedicate their talent, time and treasure to improve NHAA performance.  The Eastern Region will work collaboratively to share information, establish goals, monitor key metrics and engage with alums, parents and students.  We will build upon a strong foundation and position for greater as we march towards the key milestones identified by the NHAA Board.  I will work together with the NHAA Board, NHAA leaders and key stakeholders to ensure the Eastern Region maintains compliant chapters, consistent practices and compelling strategies to help increase engagement with Hamptonians and deliver on the #1 student experience in America.
