• No early arrivals before 7:00 AM
• Breakdown times:
• Bring their own power cord
• Space Provided:
  • 6ft x 30 in dimensions
• Operating outside your assigned space is prohibited.
• Space assignments are predetermined by the Hampton Alumni Conference Committee.
• Preferred spaces are not guaranteed.
• Failure to comply with rules or staff instructions may result in immediate removal by venue security
