Vision Statement:
My vision is to involve the greatest possible number of alumni within the NHAA. This could be accomplished by building relationships with our alumni, students, and Hampton University community as a whole. With the university moving forward with a new administration, this is a perfect opportunity to celebrate our traditions and create new alliances, expand our donor base, and increase our exposure beyond the Hampton University community. Our alumni possess a diverse set of knowledge, skills and abilities that can assist in propelling the NHAA into an association of the same, one that recognizes and celebrates our rich heritage and exciting future. I also want to use my position on the alumni council to discover the “Why”, or the “Why Not” of our alumni participation and engagement. Most importantly, I am seeking this office because I want to continue to serve our alumni association and to “let my life do the singing.”.
