In a heartfelt tribute during his commencement address at Hampton University, Virginia Speaker of the House and proud Hampton alumnus Don Scott announced the creation of the Dr. Mellanda Colson Scott Endowed Scholarship, generously donating $100,000 to assist students pursuing careers in dentistry.
